Product Introduction

This commercial-grade Crayon Bounce House by Inflatable HQ is constructed from 100% PVC vinyl, from its upright pillars and beams to its slide walls. All high-stress areas including the bouncing surface, mattress sides, bottom, and slide are made from industrial strength, 18-ounce PVC. This (fire retardant and lead-free) puncture-proof PVC material is approximately 5 times stronger than nylon used in lesser-quality units as it won't tear, fade, get moldy, and it's far easier to clean. Belting reinforcement is used at key stress points, & heavy-duty, multilayer stitching is used throughout.

TRANSPORTATION

We have the following shipping methods:

1. Express delivery (DHL TNT UPS Fedex ..) Home delivery, fast time, very convenient!

2. Air transportation (After arriving at the designated airport, the customer will clear customer take goods on their own, the cost will be lower than the express delivery)

3.By sea (suitable for large cargo, although long-term, but cheap)

4. Railway transportation (very suitable for European countries, faster than sea shipping, can be sent to the door)

FAQ

Question 1. What is the difference between sewn inflatable items and sealed items?

Answer: Inflatable sewing items require constant blowing. The seal is processed by thermal welding technology and only needs to be blown once. Generally, sewn items are cheaper than sealed items.

Question 2. Can I customize a custom design with a personal company logo?

Answer: For all our inflatable products, customer identification can be provided. We will confirm the design with you before production, so you will definitely get what you need for actual use, just provide us with pictures in any format made by PDF or Adobe Illustrator

Question 3. What material?

Answer: The inflatable game is made of PVC tarpaulin and 420 Oxford cloth. Flame retardant suitable for EN71

Question 4. How long does it take to produce

Answer: It depends, a lot will take more time. After receiving the deposit, we will start the design. After the design is confirmed, we will arrange production. Normally, it takes about 2-3 weeks to make. (Except urgent orders)

Question 5. How long does it take to deliver?

Answer: It takes about 7 days for express and air transportation, and about 20~35 days for sea.

Question 6. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? Has your company passed any certificates?

Answer: We are an inflatable manufacturer established in 2005. We have passed BV and TUV certification. In addition, we also have CE, EN14960, SGS and other certificates.

Question 7. Do you provide blower/pump, repair kit and other accessories?

Answer: Yes, each item is equipped with enough CE/UL blower/pump (according to the electrical system of your country) and repair kit.

Question 8. How do you start ordering?

Answer: We will start your order after receiving the advance payment (ie 50% of the total payment). After the order is completed, we will send the completed picture to you via email. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance.
