It is the most common solution to replace copper heat sink due to its lightweight, good thermal conductivity and lightweight.It is environmental friendly and can accept high-performance coating.Through simple processing,such as ,it can enhance anti-corrosion ability and provide custom design.Specifically, 'YIDA' company provides CNC machining for converting fins on extruded heat sinks into pins.The most common aluminum alloy is 6063-T5, but other 6000 series alloys can also be examined if needed.

A: Our standard tolerance on the length cut is '±.003'. If you require a special tolerance, please note this on the order either in the notes or in the "specific cut length" field.
Q2.What about various thickness created during production?
A:Aluminium can be buffed,blasted,polished,grinded or sanded.These finishes can improve surface quality.
Q3.How long it would take to deliver?
